Janet has been a part of the Otter Creek Family for over 20 years. She has worked with our children for as long as she has been a part of Otter Creek, and joined the ministry team in 2002. She originally came to Nashvile from St. Paul Minnesota to attend David Lipscomb University and liked it so much she just had to stay. Her family has been an active part of Otter Creek for a long time. "Miss" Eva, Janet's treasured mother-in-law has been a teacher at our Preschool and Kindergarten for almost 30 years. Janet's husband, John, grew up at Otter Creek and he now works with multiple ministries. God has blessed the Crother's with three girls, Jamie, Jenny and Julie who have been a part of the Otter Creek Family their whole lives. "What a blessing to be able to work at place that has such a special place in my heart."

Janet oversees the children's programs from birth through 6th grade, and works with the volunteers involved in all areas of children’s ministry. "We have a great team of volunteers using their gifts in a variety of ways to reach kids.” It is a joy to work with such a special group of people.
