Vicki manages the administrative functions of the church. She serves as the office manager, looks after the repair and maintenance of our facility and oversees administrative policies. In addition, she works closely with the Ministry Coordinating Committee, caring for matters related to ministries & money.

Janelle Arnold is OC’s Communications Coordinator. Originally from Overbrook, Kansas, she is primarily responsible for building and event scheduling, electronic church communications, greeting office visitors and answering the phone: basically the voice and face of Otter Creek.

Donna’s primary duties are providing support fo the Children and Youth Ministries, as well as the Preaching/Teaching Minister.

Emma has been a member of Otter Creek since 1962 and a member of the Otter Creek Ministry Team since 1981. Her husband’s foster parents were founders of the Otter Creek Church. Her duties include editing the bulletin, keeping records, updating the database, sending out mailings & Classifieds, and supporting our ministers in a variety of other duties.

In addition to being an elder at Otter Creek, Ed is responsible for all repair and maintenance needs, provides a “presence” at the church building to facilitate day-time activities, and oversees some of the renovations at our new property site.

Kyle Mayfield joined the church staff February 1, 2009 primarily working with Ed Rucker as Facilities Manager. His responsibilities also include church vehicle maintenance and general repair/maintenance at both Franklin Road and Granny White Pike facilities. Kyle and his wife, Courtney, came to Otter Creek in 2008 and just welcomed their first child, Leighton Cherry, in August, 2009.
